Is ATF Reset is recommended after change automatic transmission fluid ??

Is there any software to solve the shift shock problem at Mitsubishi Lancer Ex 1600 cc with the 4-speed automatic transmission ( 4AT with INVECS-II ) ??
These problem occurs when shifting at high rpm or when making sudden acceleration ( Kickdown ) .
