I am getting this error message when using TIS Techstream VIM.
Unable to load library! C:\Program Files (x86)\Toyota Diagnostics\Techstream\Bin\ComTol32.dll
Unable to start exchange session
I was able to customize a Toyota vehicle with Techstream using the same cable.
