Outlander my 2014 remote control unit

I am a rookie with Mut3 software and would need assistance with the Outlander phev remote Control. The heating disappeared from the car screen
menus. Apparently ev remote control was gone. I replaced the new remote control unit, but it still doesn't appear in the car menu. Mut3 finds the remote control driver but the coding list shows not present. What should I do?
