I am desperately trying to add a new key to a 2006 Pajero (All Keys Lost) 2 things I have noticed ? The etacs ecu doesn't show up in the list of ecu's and regards the immo I keep getting Error code 12 id not match. Also when I go through the process of adding key it will not let me enter the immo password & then say comm error lost to immo ecu. Please can someone tell me is the immo unit somehow contained inside the etacs ? or is it a separate unit ? Also is it possible to do immo off on these?

Okay the error code 12 id not match means that the wrong type of transponder chip was inside the key. Once the correct transponder was fitted the was successfully added
