Lancer 2019 - fail to write code

Hi guys, i need help.
i have a Lancer 2019, and when i try to write code (variant or custom changes) it aways return as "fail" to write.
Im using a scanner OBD2 ELM327 Dual chip to connect with the car.
I saw some guys on youtube that wrote their ETACS with this software and hardware, but their lancer's are 2014-2017.
I need to do something different to write any code in lancer 2019 ?
The problem is really with the connector ? Because it worked in so many lancer's besides mine.
(PS: I tried to write codes one by one to check if its incompatibility of the code and car, to avoid codes that does not apply on my car models - for example just extending the time of lights on after leave the car. But it doesnt work too)
