Which version do i need ? Mitsubishi Colt 2010 etacs write, Mitsubishi Lancer 2010 abs bleed. I only have toyota mini vci , do i need some other cable ?

It has etacs module(i can do triple index flash with one touch), but i cant access it with MMC and toyota mini vci (Lancer 2010 i accessed the etacs), i need to change headlight behaviour if possible because now its killing the battery and the light bulbs doesnt last long.
