Mut3 software (option 2) on a Chinese clone mini vci

I would like to pay for the software, I have a 2014 Outlander (pish to start)with no keys and a fried ecu. I used your free version to write vin in new ecu , I cant get the keys (used but virgined)to program so I would like to know if the option 2 will do the job?
