Hi, I see you're not doing remote custom firmware however would it be possible to purchase the ECU/BMU/PHEV Flashing tool from you so I can start having a look at customising the settings?

I am more than happy to pay for this flashing tool and I think previously you have had some pricing for it.

Thank you and look forward to your reply :)

Hi Kolya,

I have send out an email.

In a nutshell, I have a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, sourced 58 Ah CALB batteries from China. Need to adapt BMU from 40 Ah to 58 Ah.

Hi. What mail address?
That would be iam@kolyandex.su. Email is from 2 DEC 2025 10:55 PM BG time, so perhaps early morning on the 3 DEC for you.

Posting it here then:
Hello!

I watched some of your videos on Youtube and wanted to reach out to get your opinion on what I'm planning to do.

I have a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2020 from Canada (which means still the 2.0 mIVEC and the 12 kWh battery).

I have already done 3 DBCAMs in the last year, but my battery SOH is about 60% with the car having about 96k kilometers.

I want to replace/change the existing battery cells with new ones.

I'm planning to source such from China and found 58 Ah CALB batteries, which have the same height as LEV40/LEV46 and are slightly shorter and thinner.

How can I make the car read the new battery capacity permanently? I know a DBCAM will only do it temporarily. Also, I still want to have the fast charging via chademo working.

Also, would it make sense to try to find bigger batteries as long as they fit and are similar in size to LEV40/LEV46?

Last, but not least, I'm looking to buy the necessary software or pay consultation fee to make the whole thing work.

Let me know if you are interested in collaborating.
