I have elm327 bluetooth 1.5 device. I cannot connect to the program even though elm327 is connected to the computer (win10) via com5 port. Do I need to install or adjust any parameters on my computer? Thanks for your help.

I tried 2 devices for connecting, the blue one failed to connect after waiting time (although it can connect via easyobdii software), the white one connects, but the Etacs cannot be found.

after opening the green elm327 lid. I found it a fake, only 1 board, unlike the one you gave the link to buy (2 boards). Thank you for your help.
