When I extract the file on my Windows 10 machine and try and open it. I get a "Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I tried running it as administrator, under compatibility modes for Windows 7 and 8. I even moved it to a different folder. Nothing. Any help on the matter?

The file may be blocked by antivirus. Add the program folder to exclusions.
