general help!

hello everybody, i recently replaced my ecu and reflashed vin but i am pulling a dtc code for A/T torque reduction. i do not have a automatic lancer, is there a way or a program to completely reflash the ecu for a 5spd without having to go through the dealer? i am new to all of this so any help at all is appreciated.
