Idle probleme after some mod on ecu/etacs

Hi everyone.
After activating some hidden option on my cars.I start up the engine. But the idle, is not stable at the beginning. From
1000 to 500 / 1000 to 500 / 1000 to 500.
After that it became stable.
Maybe I change something in the ETACS or something in the ECU, by mistake.
