Huge thread gravedig here, but just in case you're still on the forums I can confirm that the ODBLink MX+ works with the current version of the program. This is on a Dell Latitude 5420 running WIndows 11.

Good to know, I have a similar one, the Vlinker MC+ so fingers crossed I can use it and save some money on an openport 2.0
