Possible Fuel Cut Off Feature?

Hello, I'm new to this forum.
ETACS: 8637A644 / 8637B542 (dealer told me this)
Car model: PRTGA2W (Outlander Sport 2013)
Odo: 43xxx kms
What I did:
1. Unplug the fuel pump fuse couple of times, on engine run condition.
2. Crank the engine few times, while the fuel pump harness connector unplug condition.
3. Crank the engine few times, while no fuel supply to injector. (I mis-assemble the filter of fuel pump)
4. Did what service manual say and it pointed to ETACS faulty.
5. Dealership guy came and erased B-code (B2204? for fuel display info) and U-code for Can-Bus time-out.
6. Jump the fuel pump power cable from accessory socket. Car run better for few kms.
Anyone know something whether ETACS can perhaps sense fuel leak?
Weird cliking noise, from below cabin A/C filter NEAR KOS-ECU, when ignition 'ON' position.
