Fail to write new data to ETACS Variants & Custom

Hello im having a in writing new files after i turn on some features in the file, ETACS variant fail and some russian word that i cannot understand, and for the ETACS custom says coding writing fail. Can somebody help me to understand the step to make it right?

What version of unit are you trying to access?
