Procedure to swap an ECU using MMCodingWriter?

Anyone say what is the procedure to swap out the cars ECU with a secondhand/used ECU.?
Can it be done with MMCodingWriter?

If so, what is the procedure with MMCodingWriter

I know you can rewrite the VIN with MMCodingWriter - but what about matching the ECU with the cars Keys/Immo/OSS - how to update all so that the new ECU is recognised and the Car will start and Run.?
