Altering default options

Hi all
Got a MY14 PHEV and wondering if it is possible to have the Lane Departure Warning set to "of" and eco mode "on" as default. Now when i think about it, all that bipping that comes with the Adaptive Cruise Control set to off using the MMCodingWriter or if i have to go a different rout ?
