Sure. High power adds turbocharger, low power removes 2 pistons.

and It must be set on Christmas day,right?

I read on some mirage forum that it was used for diesel engines only ,i tested the High then low power on mitsu expander but didn't notice the difference in performance, let me know if you tested on yours!
