Cannot choose ETACS for NC1WLRPHRM1

Hello Mr Kolyandex and others
I tried to access ETACS via MUT3-SE
For Xpander FL in Malaysia, we use NC1WLRPHRM1
However, after I input
TYPE : NC1W
CLASS : LRPHRM1
And error pop up, saying:
"Error (Communication)
Failed to communication the ECU or V.C.I.
Make sure the selected vehicle information and the selected OPC are correct, the vehicle ignition is ON, the selected system is equipped and the PC-V.C.I.-Vehicle are connected correctly."

But, if I change to
TYPE : NC1W
CLASS : LRPHRM
I can choose ETACS option.

But during Write, another error pop up:
"Comm. discontinuation.
Press the OK button to retry."

Please Mr Kolyandex and others, please help me.
