Is there a plan to release version 2.2 without a USB dongle or possibility to transfer the license (from version 2.1) after purchasing a USB dongle?

yeah i need it to i think i have a japanese colt version r and cant get mut3 working only eu model

my harddisk damaged and i changed a new sdd，the hardware id is changed，now the vehicle CI bridge can‘t activation，What should I do？
