Hello everybody,

I have consult 3 plus " VI 2 " vehicle interface then I run "MMCodingWriter_2.1 & 2.0 ", click Connect, and I got an error message like this:

Device not connected - unable to start exchange session

my windows version are windows 10

Please help me to solve this problem if you can. Thank you very much !
