What's the problem with this? Previously I installed MUT 3 22031 and uninstalled it. Now I tried to Re-install it again but it says this message. Can anyone help?

Так вот оно как, просто я установил MUT правильно, на чистую виндовс и MUT SE не рассматривал, не допетрил. Поставил прежнюю с русским, мне так комфортней.

Try on your own risk:
Windows "DISM" (Deployment Imaging Service and Management Tool) or "SFC" (System File Checker) with "Windows Terminal (Admin)" or "Command Prompt (Admin)"
and try below.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
