Здравствуйте хотел обновить драйвер с 2.1 на 2.3 расширенная лицензия с привязкой к компу пишет неверный ключ

Приветствую, скачал обновление 2.5 с привязкой и с донглом , с донглом запускается и работает а с привязкой не запускается, предыдущая версия с привязкой 2.3 запускается и работает, что может быть?

Процесс в диспетчере задач появляется на секунду и сразу убивается, логотип проги даже не успевает появиться
